Pricing questions

What is the contract length?

Month to month after setup. There is no long-term contract to sign.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel the monthly plan any time and stop being billed at the next cycle. The one-time setup fee is not refundable once work has started.

Are taxes included in these prices?

The prices shown are before tax. Any applicable tax is added on your invoice.

Can I bundle multiple agents?

Yes. Most teams run two or more agents together. Each one keeps its own setup and monthly fee.

Do prices change with volume?

Not automatically. If your usage grows past what a plan includes, we will talk before anything changes on your invoice.

How does billing work?

You get a monthly invoice charged to your card on file. Setup is billed once, up front.
