Why we collect it

We use it to reply to you and to set up your agent.

Where it goes

Your information goes into our CRM, Veklo Nexus, hosted on Google Cloud in the United States.

Model training

Chat and form transcripts are not used to train models.

Retention

We delete inactive leads after 24 months.

Email hello@veklo.io to access or delete your data.

We do not use cookies beyond session storage, used to keep a chat conversation going while you browse.
